exchange policy

1. items sold are non-exchangeable unless agreed by ifSHOP.

2. Items are exchangeable only due to the following reasons

• Wrong Order
• Prominent manufacturer defects
  

3. Defective products can only be exchanged when buyer send us the photo of the product within 3 days upon receiving of the product. Kindly do not rate us before you contact us

delivery

1. Items are usually delivered within the next working day, however there are also some items which are pre-ordered and will take approx 7-10 working days to arrive

2. Prices are all inclusive of delivery by Singpost Normal Mail within Singapore only.

3. Additional SGD2.50 is required for Registered Mail via Singpost. (Strongly recommended)

3. ifSHOP is not responsible for any missing OR damage package received.
